Return & Refund Policy (carposhish.pk)
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request 
a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it
Unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable)
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt/proof of purchase
Supported by an unboxing video (required for all returns)

Returns must be sent to the following address:
Lahore, Montgomery Road, Hamza Plaza, Pakistan
Please note: Returns must be requested and approved first. Items sent back to us without first 
requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
A fixed return shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, 
damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not list any special non-returnable categories by default. However, we may refuse returns 
if:
The product is used, damaged (not due to our fault), incomplete, or missing original 
packaging/accessories
The unboxing video is not provided
The return request is made after 7 days of delivery

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your 
refund is approved.
If approved:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (you’ll be asked to 
share bank details).
Refund processing time: 8 to 15 business days (after approval).
Please note: your bank/payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
